1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Makeitlive ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Makeitlive is currently in early access. You upload a project, and an AI agent analyzes it, provisions hosting, and deploys it to a live URL, asking you for any information it needs along the way. Because the Service is new and evolving, features, limits, and behavior may change without notice.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the projects you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not use the Service to deploy content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or is intended to harm, abuse, or deceive.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By uploading a project, you grant Makeitlive a limited license to store, build, and run it solely for the purpose of deploying and operating it on your behalf.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this early-access period, without any guarantee of uptime, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makeitlive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
